Synthesis of Diethyl 2-(3-phenyl-4-fluorobenzyloxyanilino) Methylenemalonate

摘要: 取代苯胺基亚甲基丙二酸二乙酯类化合物是抗球虫药物羟基喹啉羧酸酯合成过程中的重要中间体,对于新型羟基喹啉羧酸酯类化合物的开发具有重要意义。文章报道2个新型2-(3-苯基-4-氟代苄氧基苯胺基)亚甲基丙二酸二乙酯化合物的合成,其结构均经1H NMR和HRMS证实。Abstract: Substituted diethyl anilinomethylenemalonate is the key intermediate for the synthesis of 4-hydroxyl-quinolinecarboxylates, which is very important for the development of novel anticoccidial drugs. Two new diethyl 2-(3-phenyl-4-fluorobenzyloxyanilino) methylenemalonates are designed and synthesized. Their structures are confirmed by 1H NMR and HRMS.
