基于MATLAB的VVT发动机充气效率标定数据平顺性优化

Smooth Optimization of Volumertic Efficiency Calibration Data for VVT Engines based on MATLAB

  • 摘要: 采用一种基于MATLAB软件的自适应查表优化方法, 优化VVT发动机充气效率的标定数据。通过对充气效率计算公式V=a+bx+cx2的常数项a、一次项系数b和二次项系数c标定数据的优化, 使发动机的充气效率标定数据更加平顺, 相邻各点之间没有出现较大的波动, 优化前后的主要数据偏差没有超过5%, 符合工程应用要求。

     

    Abstract: The smoothness and accuracy of volumetric efficiency calibration data for VVT engine affect the engine air-fuel ratio control accuracy. Thereby, they affect the performance of vehicle emissions, vehicle drivability and fuel economy. In this paper, the volumetric efficiency of the calibration data is ptimized by using adaptive look-up table method with MATLAB software. Optimize Volumetric efficiency formula V=a+bx+cx2, Constant a, coefficient b and the quadratic coefficient c are optimized. The engine volumetric efficiency calibration data are smoother, there is no great fluctuation between adjacent points. Before and after optimization, the main data deviation does not exceed 5%, which meets engineering application requirement.
