基于Simerics MP+的核电厂主给水调节阀流量特性数值模拟

Numerical Simulation Study on Flow Characteristics of Main Feed-water Valve in Nuclear Power Plant

  • 摘要: 核电调节阀的流量特性是核电厂应用时最为关注的问题之一。文章基于Simerics MP+对核电厂主给水调节阀流量特性进行数值模拟,并与传统通用CFD软件(Fluent软件)计算结果和试验结果进行对比。其结果表明:此核电主给水调节阀相对开度小于70%时,为等百分比流量特性;相对开度大于70%时,接近线性流量特性;Simerics MP+的计算结果与试验结果的相对误差较小,接近调节阀流量特性真实值,证明基于Simerics MP+的方法表现更优。Simerics MP+在阀门动态研究方面具有易实现的优势,可为核电调节阀动态研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The flow characteristics of nuclear power control valves are one of the most concerned issues in nuclear power plant applications. Two CFD numerical tools Simerics MP+ and Fluent were utilized to study the flow characteristics of nuclear power main feed-water control valves. Related simulation experiments were carried out and the results indicate that when the relative opening of the nuclear power main feed-water valve is less than 70%, the valve has an equal percentage flow characteristic. When the relative opening is greater than 70%, the valve's characteristic is close to a linear flow . Compared with related real experimental results, the relative error of the calculation result of Simerics MP+ is less than that of Fluent. This means that valve Simerics MP+ simulation is closer to the real value of the flow characteristic. The calculation results of the pressure field distribution contours are basically consistent with each other, and the velocity field distribution contours are slightly different from each other, which is reflected in the inconsistent flow velocity distribution in the downstream area of the valve. The advantage of Simerics MP+ in valve dynamics research is that it is easy to realize and can provide a reference for nuclear power regulating valve dynamic research.
