Abstract: Oleanolic acid exists widely in food, medicinal herbs and other plants and possesses many attractive biological activities. Recently, some natural and synthetic oleanolic derivatives were reported to have interesting anti-tumor activities. Herein, the authors reported the advance in the research on these oleanolic derivatives.
