Abstract:
The Ligustrum lucidum samples were prepared by dry digestion process. The content Mn, Fe and Zn in ligustrum lucidum were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The recovery of standard addition, precision and detection limit of the method is investigated. The results showed that the content of Mn, Fe and Zn in ligustrum lucidum was 19.97-21.74 μg·g
-1, 291.46-323.68 μg·g
-1 and 52.17-57.83 μg·g
-1 respectively. The recovery of standard addition was 99.74%-102.34% with precision of 0.631%, 0.072% and 0.160% (n = 10) and limit of detection of 0.0019, 0.0159 and 0.0028. The FAAS has the advantages of automation, convenience, quickness and accuracy for the determination of trace metals in traditional Chinese medicine.
