纳米CaCO3改性聚氨酯复合材料的力学性能研究

Study on the Mechanical Properties of Polyurethane/Nano-CaCO3 Composites

  • 摘要: 利用逐步聚合法制备PU/纳米CaCO3复合材料,研究了纳米CaCO3含量对复合材料力学性能和热性能的影响。实验结果表明: 纳米CaCO3粒子的加入,使得复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率等力学性能以及复合材料的耐磨性、硬度、热性能都有所上升。综合所有实验数据判断当纳米CaCO3粒子的含量为6%时复合材料的力学综合性能及热稳定性更好。

     

    Abstract: PU/nano-CaCO3 composite materials were obtained by step reaction polymerization. The authors researched the influence of nano-CaCO3 contention on the mechanical and thermal properties of composite materials. It indicated that with the increase of nano-CaCO3 contention, the mechanical properties of composites, such as the tensile strength, elongation at break, etc. and thermal properties were increased. From the comprehensive data of all experiments, it showed that when the nano-CaCO3 content was 6%, the mechanical comprehensive property and thermal property of composite materials were the best.
