Abstract: A complete emissions calibration process for an export vehicle is described in this paper.In order to find the different key points in emission regulations between the domestic and export area, two emission regulations are studied.After that, the technical solution is drawn up responding to the emission regulation in export area.Based on analysis of statistical exprimental data and calibration software data, the fine calibration is carried out.The experimental results show that with fresh catalyst, the emission index can reach 58% below the legislation limitation, and with aged catalyst, the emissions index can reach 90% below the legislation limitation.The project development objectives are met.The work described in this paper can provide development experience for similar projects and with it the projects development period can be shortened.
