瑞香狼毒中2, 6, 10, 15, 19, 23-六甲基-2, 6, 10, 14, 18, 22-二十四碳六烯的分离鉴定及其生物活性研究
Isolation and Identification of 2, 6, 10, 15, 19, 23-hexamethyl-2, 6, 10, 14, 18, 22-tetracosahexaene from Stellera Chamaejasme and Research on Its Bioactivity

摘要: 用氯仿对瑞香狼毒根粉进行提取后, 再用硅胶柱对粗提物进行多次分离纯化, 最后得到了一个纯化合物, 结构鉴定确定其为2, 6, 10, 15, 19, 23-六甲基-2, 6, 10, 14, 18, 22-二十四碳六烯(角鲨烯)。以蚕豆蚜和粘虫为靶标对其进行了生物活性测定, 结果表明: 它对这2种害虫都有较好的杀虫活性, 24 h半致死浓度(LC50)分别为18.0, 12.7 mg.L-1。Abstract: The root powder of Stellera chamaejasme was extracted with chloroform. The crude extract obtained was chromatographed with silica gel columns several times. One pure compound was obtained. It was identified as 2, 6, 10, 15, 19, 23-hexamethyl-2, 6, 10, 14, 18, 22-tetracosahexaene (squalene). Its insecticidal activity against Aphis craccivora and Leucania separata was determined. The results showed that it had good insecticidal activity against them. Its median lethal concentration(LC50) (24 h after treatment) was 18. 0 mg·L-1 and 12. 7 mg·L-1, respectively.
