齿轮齿条转向机构的时变可靠性分析

Analysis of the Time-dependent Reliability for Rack and Pinion Steering Mechanisms

  • 摘要: 基于机构运动时变可靠性理论建立齿轮齿条转向机构运动精度可靠度的分析模型。在齿轮齿条式转向机构的运动学分析基础上,考虑机构构件的尺寸公差,建立包含机构结构误差和随机误差的误差函数,并推导机构运动误差的统计特征值的解析表达。应用首次穿越方法对转向机构运动误差过程的穿越率进行求解,以此获得转向机构的运动时变可靠度。文章最后给出了数值计算实例。

     

    Abstract: Based on mechanism kinematic time-dependent reliability theory, an analytical model of kinematic accuracy reliability for rack and pinion steering mechanisms is presented. In this paper, the motion error function of a steering mechanism, which includes structural error and random error, is proposed with dimension tolerance. The analytical equations for the mean value and the variance of the motion error are derived. The kinematic time-dependent reliability of the rack and pinion steering mechanism is obtained by using fist-passage method. At last, a numerical example is given.
