宽带啁啾光脉冲在CPA激光系统中的非线性传输

Nonlinear Propagation of Broadband-chirped Pulses in CPA Laser System

  • 摘要: 从麦克斯韦-布洛赫(Maxwell-Bloch) 方程组出发, 推导了描述宽带光脉冲在非线性色散介质中的传输放大方程; 并采用傅立叶分步法, 对宽带啁啾光脉冲在增益介质—钕玻璃中的传输和放大进行了计算模拟。数值计算结果表明: 在小信号增益区间, 啁啾脉冲存在明显的光谱红移现象; 在增益饱和区, 它的脉冲宽度随增益饱和程度的增大而逐渐变小, 表明增益饱和效应能有效解决光谱增益窄化效应导致脉冲和光谱窄化的问题。

     

    Abstract: Derived from the Maxwell-Bolth equation, the propagation and amplification equation of the broadband pulses are obtained, and the propagation and amplification of the broadband pulses in Nd glass are numerically simulated by Fourier step method.In the gain saturation regime, the gain narrowing is the main factor, which affects the intensity shape, and spectrum distribution is found.The broadening factor for RMS width of them has the similar rule as well.
