摘要: 结合多酚提取方法及原理, 综述了近年来国内外关于石榴皮多酚的提取方法, 并对石榴皮提取物活性研究成果进行了归纳和总结。Abstract: In this paper, methods for extraction of Pomegranate Peel Polyphenol are reviewed, at the same time, the activities of pomegranate peel extract at home and abroad are summarized.
