微波提取竹叶多糖的工艺条件研究

摘要: 以竹叶为原料, 提取其中具有明显抑癌活性的竹叶多糖, 整个工艺采用微波辅助技术提取。通过单因素试验与正交试验, 研究竹叶多糖提取的最优条件。正交试验结果表明: 竹叶多糖以水为提取剂, 最佳提取条件是固液比为1∶30, 微波作用时间为6min, 微波功率为539W, 提取4次。在此最佳提取条件下, 竹叶粗多糖的得率为0.496%。Abstract: Bamboo polysaccharide, which has obviously anti-cancer activity, is extracted from bamboo leaves as raw material.With the help of microwave-assisted extraction method, the optimum extracting conditions have been investigated through single-factor experiments combined with orthogonal test.The results show that the optimum extraction conditions: ratio of bamboo leaves to water is 1:30, the power of microwave oven is 539W, 6 minutes each time and for 4 times.The yield of bamboo polysaccharide is 0.496% under the optimum conditions.
