不对称截面沉管隧道三维结构分析

Research on the Three-Dimensional Structure of Immersed Tunnel with Asymmetrical Section

  • 摘要: 佛山市汾江路南延线沉管隧道工程为我国最大公铁合建隧道, 不同于大多数沉管隧道, 该工程为了同时满足车辆、地铁的通行需要, 隧道横断面设计为不对称截面, 给设计和施工带来了较大的挑战。针对以上问题, 本文对静力作用下的沉管隧道管节进行三维数值模拟分析, 分析并比较管节在不同工况下的应力、变形、沉降, 探究不对称隧道截面与常规对称隧道截面之间受力性态的差异, 得出一些与对称截面沉管隧道不同的结论(不对称隧道管段在横向上产生了不对称的沉降等), 对后续施工和类似工程有一定参考价值。

     

    Abstract: As the biggest road-railway tunnel so far in China, the immersed tunnel at the south extension of Fenjiang Road, Fo'shan City was designed with asymmetrical cross section to meet the demand of travel.This differs it from most of immersed tunnels and brings big challenge to design and construction.This research studied the pipelines of immersed tunnel under static loading based on 3-dimensional numerical stimulation analysis.Some conclusions are reached by comparing the stress states of symmetry-sectional tunnels and asymmetry-sectional tunnels, under different stress, deformation and settlement conditions(Asymmetric tunnel section on lateral produced the asymmetry settlement, etc).This research provides valuable reference for subsequent construction and similar projects.
