异形拉伸弹簧的横向刚度及强度研究

  • 摘要: 文章以某异形拉伸弹簧为研究对象,对其横向刚度进行理论计算,并基于HyperMesh与ANSYS联合仿真进行有限元分析,校核弹簧的静强度、疲劳强度和疲劳寿命,研究钩环位置对其强度影响。结果表明:基于悬臂梁理论得到的异形拉伸弹簧横向刚度与仿真结果接近,理论公式可有效计算拉伸弹簧的横向刚度;在实际工况中,该弹簧满足强度和寿命要求;弹簧钩环中置相较于偏置所受应力更小、更均匀,能有效提高其强度安全系数,延长使用寿命。

     

    Abstract: Taken a special-shaped tension spring as the research object, the theoretical calculation of its lateral stiffness is carried out, and the finite element analysis is carried out based on the joint simulation of HyperMesh and ANSYS.The static strength, fatigue strength and fatigue life of the spring are checked. The influence of the position of the pull ring on its strength is studied. The results show that the lateral stiffness of the special-shaped tension spring obtained based on the cantilever beam theory is close to the simulation result, and the theoretical formula can effectively calculate the lateral stiffness of the tension spring.In actual working conditions, the spring meets the requirements of strength and life.The spring pull ring position in the middle is less stressed and more uniform than in the side, which can improve its strength safety factor and service life.
