交流电力智能传感器粗信号处理实验硬件系统设计

Design of Experiment Hardware System for Coarse Signal Processing of AC Power Smart Sensor

  • 摘要: 提出了一个由PC系统和嵌入式应用系统构成的硬件系统。该系统主要应用在交流电力智能传感器粗信号处理的实验中。嵌入式系统以STC89C52单片机为其微处理器, 以电压互感器TV19、电流互感器TA17(L)-04感知电力信号, 以运算放大器LM324为核心构建信号调理电路, 并采用MAX813L、AT24C512等芯片分别实现了系统的保护、存储、通讯和显示等功能。该系统为进一步研究交流电力智能传感器粗信号处理方法提供了必要的硬件平台。

     

    Abstract: Design of hardware system, which consists of PC and embedded application system, is proposed.The hardware system is used for experiment of coarse signal processing methods of AC power smart sensor.In embedded system, STC89C52 chip is used as microprocessor, and voltage transformer TV19 and current transformer TA17(L)-04 are adopted to perceive the AC power signal.The signal conditioning circuit is designed based on operational amplifier chip LM324, while the A/D conversion circuit is designed based on chip ADC0809.The protection function and storage of the system information and the system serial communication and display of the system information, are implemented by using chip MAX813L, chip AT24C512 and so on.The system provides a necessary hardware platform for the study of coarse signal processing method for AC power intelligent sensors.
