Abstract:
By high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for fingerprint study on with sapindus and sapindus saponin, the similarity evaluation with sapindus was conducted to provide a basis for medicinal herbs. Chromatographic conditions are Cromasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile - water with gradient elution, detection wavelength at 210 nm, flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, column temperature 30 ℃, injection volume: 20 μL; and the similarity of chromatographic fingerprint evaluation system 2004 A version of its similarity was used. Results: established HPLC fingerprinting with sapindus and sapindus saponin, and of high similarity. This method can be used with sapindus and sapindus saponin fingerprint detection standard, and provides quality basis for comprehensive control of no son medicines.
