自走式农业机械静态稳定性研究现状及展望

Review of Static Stability of Self-propelled Agricultural Machinery

  • 摘要: 自走式农业机械的失稳问题一直是困扰农业机械发展的难题。对自走式农业机械的静态稳定性进行研究,有利于降低其工作时发生失稳的概率,避免失稳带来的危害,同时保证其作业的可靠性。文章首先总结了国内现有的自走式农业机械静态稳定性的研究现状,并与国际标准进行对比,突出了国内外对带摇摆轴的自走式农业机械静态稳定性分析的不同;其次介绍了附着系数、重心高度、轮/轨距、轴距、轮胎/履带宽度等因素对静态稳定性能影响的研究现状,并总结了能够提高自走式农业机械静态稳定性的底盘调平、可变底盘和动量飞轮3种技术的研究成果;最后分析了目前自走式农机静态稳定性研究尚存的不足,并对提升静态稳定性的发展进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: The instability of self-propelled agricultural machinery has always been a thorny problem that plagues the development of agriculture machinery. The study static stability of self-propelled agricultural machinery can avoid the danger caused by instability and guarantee the working quality of agricultural machinery. This paper summarizes the existing situation of domestic research on the basic theory of self-propelled agricultural machinery in China, compares it with international standards, and focuses on the differences in static stability analysis of self-propelled agricultural machinery with swivelling axle at home and abroad. Secondly, the effects of adhesion coefficient, center of gravity height, wheel gauge/rail gauge, wheelbase, tire width/crawler width on static stability are introduced. Then, the existing research methods and results of leveling, variable chassis technology and momentum flywheel which can improve the static stability of self-propelled agricultural machinery are summarized. Finally, the paper analyzes the insufficiency of existing researches about the static stability of self-propelled agricultural machinery and prospects the development direction of research as well as the improvement of static stability.
