Abstract:
The instability of self-propelled agricultural machinery has always been a thorny problem that plagues the development of agriculture machinery. The study static stability of self-propelled agricultural machinery can avoid the danger caused by instability and guarantee the working quality of agricultural machinery. This paper summarizes the existing situation of domestic research on the basic theory of self-propelled agricultural machinery in China, compares it with international standards, and focuses on the differences in static stability analysis of self-propelled agricultural machinery with swivelling axle at home and abroad. Secondly, the effects of adhesion coefficient, center of gravity height, wheel gauge/rail gauge, wheelbase, tire width/crawler width on static stability are introduced. Then, the existing research methods and results of leveling, variable chassis technology and momentum flywheel which can improve the static stability of self-propelled agricultural machinery are summarized. Finally, the paper analyzes the insufficiency of existing researches about the static stability of self-propelled agricultural machinery and prospects the development direction of research as well as the improvement of static stability.
