Abstract: As a control projects, crossing engineering plays an important role in oil and long gas pipelines, specifically the crossing location selection and crossing program.This paper took Shiquan Hanjiang River crossing in the pipeline project from Hanzhong to Ankang as an example.From the technical, economic and environmental aspects, the authors researched the crossing river location, pipeline crossing river way and crossing structure program, which made the project reasonable, economic, environmental and ecological harmony.
