Abstract:
User equipment can perform a continuous communication maintained by handover technology in cellular mobile communication system.During the process, the strategies adopted will directly affect the effect of handover.A strategy targeted at TD-SCDMA is developed, which is based on the signal quality of the traffic channel and is called channel reservation with priority queuing.In the strategy, user equipment is divided into two types: one with bad traffic quality and the other with good signal quality, the former wait in front of the queue enjoys priority to handover.Simulation results show that the strategy increases the success rate of handover, therefore, improves the system performance.
