Research on the Monitoring Technology of the Preservation Duration of Edible Fungi Producing Strains

  • In this paper, through the production test of strains in different preservation time and using ISSR molecular technique to monitor strains, the impact of preservation time on the quality of strains was explored. The result obtained indicated that the preservation duration of Pleurotus eryngii production strains at 4℃ was 180d. After 180 days, the total production of Pleurotus eryngii and the rate of excellent mushrooms were significantly decreased. When the DNA profiles of strains by ISSR had obvious differences, the inherited traits were changed. As a result, the huge losses of variant strain into factory production processes was avoided. And the stability and security of the producing strains quality were ensured.
