Abstract:
Considering psychological behavior of decision makers and unknown decision attribute weights generated by in the decision-making process, we propose linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision method based on regret theory to rank career selections. JS distance is proposed based on Jensen-Shannon divergence, and its rationality is verified through comparative analysis. At the same time, JS distance combined with regret theory is used to construct an optimal attribute weight assignment model by utilizing regret value minimization and rejoice value maximization, and the alternatives ranking is obtained by aggregation of perceived utility values. The proposed method is used to career selections of computer science students, by comparing analysis with several decision methods, the usefulness and effectiveness of the proposed method are demonstrated in career selections of students.
