On Choosing Evaluation Subjects of Administration by Law

This paper expounds the evaluation system of government administration by law.Firstly, it discusses the need of introducing the system as the third party; then, analyzes the evaluation subject; finally, comments on the current practical experience in choosing evaluation subjects of administration by law in China.The introduction is the embodiment of Party's upgraded ruling ability, and also is the need for the social development and the change from management to governance in order to promote advanced relationship between government and society.
