Study of Aid and Right Protection for Orphans and Disabled Children in Chongqing(Part Ⅱ)

At present, many factors restrict the aid and right protection for orphans and disabled children such as public unawareness and imperfect legal system. But the lack of long-effect mechanism is the greatest barrier. This paper analyzes the above constraints and puts forward several measures as follows: strengthening public ideological education, improving the legal regulations, prompting long-effect mechanism construction and constructing barrier-free facilities.
