On the Characteristics of Phonetic Sound in Yibin Dialect

By reference to the mandarin phonetic system, this paper first summarizes the characteristics of Yibin dialect phonetics: the retained ancient sound and misreading in initials, loss and inconsistency of head vowels in finals, as well as the inconsistency of tones. Then it analyzes such phonetic phenomena and proposes the specific methods to prevent dialect interference in mandarin learning for Yibin people.
