On the Relationship between the Growth of Farmer's Income and Construction of New Countryside——Based on the Investigation of 102 Models of New Countryside in Guizhou Province

Construction of new countryside is a major strategic decision in the Fifth Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and to increase farmers' income is elementary for effective construction of new countryside.The paper focuses on the relationship between the growth of farmer's income and construction of new countryside, collects two-year data of farmer's income in the 9 model villages and 102 control villages, then does a contrast analysis between the income and developing situation, and finds out that the relationship between construction of new countryside and the growth of farmers' income is interdependent and mutually beneficial.
