On the Comprehensive Evaluation of S & T Innovative Ability Based on Fuzzy Mathematics——Take Yunnan Province as an Example

This paper constructed the index system of comprehensive evaluation of scientific and technological innovative ability, defined the weight's set of evaluating indexes by AHP, and calculated single factors' evaluating vector of undivided indexes by fuzzy mathematics. On the above basis, this paper calculated the comprehensive evaluating vector of scientific and technological innovative ability by fuzzy multiplication, so as to provide guidance to decision-making.
