Theoretical Model of Relationship between Social Capital of Entrepreneur and Enterprise Growth

Firstly, the relevant literature of social capital of entrepreneur has been reviewed. Then the underlying mechanism of social capital of entrepreneur to enterprise growth has been explored on the basis of several theories: resource-based theory, enterprise endogenous growth theory, enterprise exogenous growth theory, basis view of dynamic capability. Finally, by constructing the theoretical model, the thesis reveals the internal logical relationship between the two variables, expecting to provide a reference for the further research.
