Translation Course Analysis in the Perspective of Cognitive Linguistics—Based on the Translation of "Jinci Ancestral Temple" and "The Saint Mother Hall"

  • Being the container of the cognition, language is filled with the cognitive rules. Based on the combination of the cognitive science and the translation studies, the research of the translation process brings us a new perspective for translation studies. The present paper proposes the cognitive translation model on reviewing the means and characteristics about translation studies in different schools. Taking "Jinci Ancestral Temple" and "The Saint Mother Hall" for instance, the author, by dynamic analysis, explores the cognition effect caused in translation course.
