A Study on the School-Joint Running of Schools and Its Cooperation Mechanism of Private Higher Vocational Colleges in China

In order to improve the education quality of private vocational colleges, this paper presents the school-joint education and cooperation mechanism of private vocational colleges in China, and the mechanism is as follows:(1) taking the employment as the guidance, constructing the operation mechanism of educational form and social structure with the construction of multi-level, multi direction, multi structure of school-enterprise joint running and two-way dialogue; (2) in a professional construction bond, constructing the three-way dialogue operation mechanism of producing-learning-teaching as the carrier of the teaching platform and the curriculum system; (3) relying on the enterprises, constructing the three way-bidirectional butt-dialogue operation mechanism with occupation factories as the carrier of production-learning, production-teaching and learning-teaching practice base.
