个人−环境匹配的团队工作价值观的理论内涵及量表开发

Theoretical Connotation and Scale Development of Team Work Values Based on Person-environment Fit

  • 摘要: 文章以前期运用扎根理论质性编码所构建的团队工作价值观四维结构为基础,从个人-环境匹配理论视角,界定了团队工作价值观的内涵;采用德尔菲法构建初始量表,采用滚雪球抽样法进行线上线下半开放式问卷调查,运用SPSS 23.0及AMOS 23.0对数据进行处理,检验其信效度,开发出信效度较好的团队工作价值观量表。文章不仅对个人-环境匹配理论进行了拓展,而且为团队管理者进行有效管理提供了抓手。

     

    Abstract: This study puts forward the connotation of team work values, on the basis of the four-dimensional structure of team work values constructed by qualitative coding of grounded theory from the perspective of “personal-environment matching” theory. The initial scale is constructed by Delphi method. The semi-open questionnaire survey is conducted by snowball sampling method. SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 are used to process the data, test its reliability and validity, and develop a team work values scale with good reliability and validity. This study not only expands the theory of “personal-environment matching”, but also provides effective management for team managers.
