Abstract: Marx has organically combined dialectics and materialism throughout his researches of human and natural history, and stimulated the fundamental changes in his historical concept. Based on the realistic human being and realistic nature, Marx revealed the basic laws governing the sense world and the historical development, and established the historical materialism. Analysis on the construction dimensions of Marx's historical concept shows Marx's humanistic concern for human survival and ecosystem appeal for natural environment.
