Abstract: At present, many factors restrict the aid and right protection for orphans and disabled children such as public unawareness and imperfect legal system. But the lack of long-effect mechanism is the greatest barrier. This paper analyzes the above constraints and puts forward several measures as follows: strengthening public ideological education, improving the legal regulations, prompting long-effect mechanism construction and constructing barrier-free facilities.
