Abstract: In this article, the author carries out a more in-depth analysis, interpretation and discussion on the relationship between language and thinking involved in Mental Lexicon, Foreign Language Mental Lexicon, Second Language Mental Lexicon and Bilingual Mental Lexicon, and then definitely points out that 1)in the process of language acquisition and language learning, the two systems of Logical Thinking and Imaginary Thinking will vary depending on the input channels of one or both of their own to participate in the information processing; 2)and the information processing involved in the two systems will be stored as the form of entries and groups of concepts.3)On this basis, the author proposes the hypothesis of Mental-lexicon Storage of the foreign language learning information processing.4)And on this basis, the author carries out a concise description, analysis and discussion on the Localization Theory and Generalization Theory as well as the classifications, concepts, information input, storage and activation on the various types of mental lexicons, and proposes The Hypothesis On Human Information Processing Neural Network Systems.
