论农民收入增长与新农村建设的关系——基于贵州省102个新农村建设示范村的调查
On the Relationship between the Growth of Farmer's Income and Construction of New Countryside——Based on the Investigation of 102 Models of New Countryside in Guizhou Province

摘要: 新农村建设是中共十六届五中全会提出的一项重大战略决策。而农民增收问题能否得以解决, 关系着新农村建设能否顺利进行。本文从农民增收与新农村建设的关系入手, 采用多种调查方法在贵州省102个省级新农村建设示范村中确定了9个典型示范村, 整理了典型示范村及其对照村连续两年调研所得的数据资料, 并将数据资料与实际情况进行了对照分析, 据此论证了新农村建设与农民收入增长这两者之间的关系是相互作用、相辅相成、相互促进的关系。Abstract: Construction of new countryside is a major strategic decision in the Fifth Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and to increase farmers' income is elementary for effective construction of new countryside.The paper focuses on the relationship between the growth of farmer's income and construction of new countryside, collects two-year data of farmer's income in the 9 model villages and 102 control villages, then does a contrast analysis between the income and developing situation, and finds out that the relationship between construction of new countryside and the growth of farmers' income is interdependent and mutually beneficial.
