Abstract:
Developing the hometown of Chinese folk art forms should be based on the protection of intangible cultural heritages, should clarify the relationships between application and construction, protection and development, traditional value and practical significance, and should establish the right development ideas and direction. Guangxi Wenchang folk art is the pearl in Chinese folk art forms. Through theoretical study and practice on the construction of Wenchang Village in Lipu, a long-term mechanism has been formed and guaranteed by institutions, guided by the government and supported by the civilians, which reflects the features and advantages of its development ideas and approaches. Wenchang Village is a typical case of the hometown of Chinese folk art forms.
