Abstract: Entrapment evidence is a special type of evidence, whose credibility greatly influences the correct handling of cases.Using of entrapment evidence can facilitate the truth discovery, effectiveness of proceedings and dispute resolution in civil evidence system.However, it is sometimes against the procedural justice.Therefore, it is necessary to divide entrapment evidence into opportunity-provided type and intent-induced type and give them different degrees of credibility.
