基于模糊数学的科技创新能力综合评价研究——以云南省为例
On the Comprehensive Evaluation of S & T Innovative Ability Based on Fuzzy Mathematics——Take Yunnan Province as an Example

摘要: 本文构建了科技创新能力综合评价指标体系, 并应用层次分析法确定评价指标的权重集, 采用模糊数学方法计算不可再分指标的单因素评价向量。在此基础上使用模糊乘法算出科技创新能力的综合评价向量, 从而为政府的相关决策提供参考。Abstract: This paper constructed the index system of comprehensive evaluation of scientific and technological innovative ability, defined the weight's set of evaluating indexes by AHP, and calculated single factors' evaluating vector of undivided indexes by fuzzy mathematics. On the above basis, this paper calculated the comprehensive evaluating vector of scientific and technological innovative ability by fuzzy multiplication, so as to provide guidance to decision-making.
