中国英语学习者口语产出自我修正研究

A Study on Self-repairs in Chinese EFL Learners' Oral Production

  • 摘要: 本研究旨在调查中国英语学习者口语产出自我修正的频率与分布特征, 以及语言水平与自我修正间的关系。结果显示: 中国英语学习者口语产出自我修正中错误修正最多, 尤其是语法错误修正, 且学习者明显地校正了更多的语法错误; 语言水平与自我修正的频率及错误修正呈负相关关系, 而与合适性修正呈正相关关系, 与词汇错误修正、语法错误修正及语音错误修正均呈负相关关系, 与语法错误校正率呈正相关关系。

     

    Abstract: The research aims to investigate the frequency and distribution of self-repairs made by Chinese EFL learners, as well as the relationship between self-repair and language proficiency. The results indicate that Chinese EFL learners make the most error corrections, particularly grammatical errors. Language proficiency is negatively correlated with the frequency of repairs and error corrections, however, positively correlated with appropriateness repairs. In terms of error corrections, language proficiency is negatively correlated with lexical error corrections, grammatical error corrections and phonological error corrections, but positively correlated with grammatical error corrections.
