认知语言学视角下的翻译过程解析——以“晋祠”、“圣母殿”的英译为例

Translation Course Analysis in the Perspective of Cognitive Linguistics—Based on the Translation of "Jinci Ancestral Temple" and "The Saint Mother Hall"

摘要: 作为认知的载体, 语言蕴含着人类的认知规律。将认知科学与译学研究相结合, 对翻译过程进行研究, 这为翻译研究带来了全新的学科视角。本文在回顾了不同时期各翻译流派所主张的翻译研究手段和特点之后提出了认知语言学视角下的翻译观。笔者运用图表作动态分析, 以旅游文本中的“晋祠”、“圣母殿”的英译为例, 揭示旅游文本翻译中认知世界对翻译效果的影响。

Abstract: Being the container of the cognition, language is filled with the cognitive rules. Based on the combination of the cognitive science and the translation studies, the research of the translation process brings us a new perspective for translation studies. The present paper proposes the cognitive translation model on reviewing the means and characteristics about translation studies in different schools. Taking "Jinci Ancestral Temple" and "The Saint Mother Hall" for instance, the author, by dynamic analysis, explores the cognition effect caused in translation course.
