Abstract: Professional judges' meeting is a trial advisory system though not having been clearly defined but gradually enriched and improved in judicial practice. Professional judges' meeting system has the value of fairness and justice, being in line with the content of judicial reform. It is helpful to cultivate expert judges. As an important auxiliary system of the judicial reform, it is of great significance in promoting judicial reform. Optimizing professional judges' conference system should make an analysis of the effect of running system objectively, responding to the question of judges actively, and taking the reasonable suggestions. In order to construct a system that can conform to the legal rule, it provides effective intellectual support for the work of the presiding judge, the collegial panel, from the static elements such as nature, setting, function and the dynamic elements such as personnel, the scope, filed and decision, the effectiveness of the rules of procedure, comments and correction.
