Abstract:
The long-term quality of life monitoring of the residents in the disaster area is an important index to evaluate the effect of the reconstruction policies and realize the sustainable development of disaster areas. This paper, based on the theories of "social exchange" and "cognition-emotion-intention", from the residents' perception of quality of life, studies the impact mechanism and boundary conditions of residents' perception of quality of life on reconstruction policies satisfaction. With the 389 residents questionnaire survey data from the five towns of Wenchuan county and Beichuan county, this paper uses the multilevel linear regression model to verify the theoretical research hypothesis, and the results show that: 1. Every dimension of residents' perception of quality of life has a significant positive impact on reconstruction policies satisfaction. 2. Residents' happiness mediate the relationship between perception of quality of life and reconstruction policies satisfaction. 3. Reconstruction mode only moderate the relationship between three dimensions of residents' quality of life (work income, entertainment consumption and family life) and happiness. The conclusion of the study provides a theoretical basis for the sustainable development policies of governments in disaster areas to pay attention to the development interests of residents' quality of life.
