甘孜藏区幼小教师普通话水平现状与影响因素

Current Situation and Influential Factors of Mandarin Proficiency of Teachers in Kindergarten and Elementary Schools in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture

  • 摘要: 文章基于四川省甘孜藏区三县幼儿园、小学教师省级普通话测试结果,对其普通话水平状况进行了量化分析,结果显示,在目前的社会发展进程中,藏区幼儿园、小学教师的普通话水平总体偏低,区域普通话水平发展不均衡,并受到经济发展、地理位置、语言环境、语言意识等多重因素的影响与制约。

     

    Abstract: Based on the Provincial Mandarin Test results of teachers in kindergarten and elementary schools in three counties of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, this paper makes a quantitative analysis of their mandarin proficiency. The paper holds that in the current social development process, mandarin proficiency of teachers in kindergarten and elementary schools in Ganzi Tibetan areas is generally low, and regional development of mandarin proficiency is unbalanced, which is influenced and restricted by many factors such as economic development, geographical location, language environment and language awareness, etc.
