Abstract:
The national traditional legal culture is the normative basis of grassroots social autonomy in ethnic areas, which reflects with simple folk morality and will be of benefit to grassroots governance based on law. With the profound changes in social environment, problems such as weak identity, slow response and alienation of mechanism are gradually weakening the vitality of national traditional legal culture, and at the same time affecting its function of supporting and restoring the endogenous order of local society. The paper holds that with the help of traditional civil organizations, the legal culture in ethnic regions can be better integrated into the local dispute settling, and the multiple purposes of integrating social norms, converging core values and settling disputes can be easily realized.
