Abstract: In the context of smart court construction, people's courts at all levels across the country are highly dependent on technology outsourcing companies to provide intelligent data information services. The application of big data technology in courts has broad development prospects, but it is undeniable that this also brings some hidden dangers to the utilization and security of data and information in people's courts. The paper takes the data and information utilization and security protection practices of the People's Court of F County, H Province as a sample, analyzes the hidden dangers in the data information collection, application, and public links, and puts forward the corresponding prevention and control paths of data information utilization and security risks, in order to benefit the people's courts' data information utilization and security.
