Abstract: Anti-epidemic spirit is the spirit of Chinese people and Chinese nation in fighting against COVID-19, consisting of a great spirit of life respecting, science respecting, self-sacrificing, whole country solidarity, and destiny sharing formed from fearless spirit of having courage to fight and win. This article explores how to integrate the anti-epidemic spirit into daily ideological and political education of college students from three dimensions: value, content and practice. Daily ideological and political education is the field that has the greatest impact on college students’ ideological and political education outside of theoretical classes. Integrating anti-epidemic spirit with daily ideological and political education of college students not only has great value in fostering civic virtue, but also benefits to precise ideological and political education, and enhances the sense of acquisition in daily ideological and political education.
