网络意识形态的后真相症候及其应对策略

The Post-truth Syndrome of Internet Ideology and Its Coping Strategies

  • 摘要: 在网络技术座架的加载之下,网络意识形态日益烙印了虚假谣言遮蔽真实信息、情感驱逐理性的“后真相”特征。真假待辨的拟态环境失焦、真假不辨的数字鸿沟加深、真假难辨的信息传播熵增等是网络意识形态典型的后真相症候。追问网络意识形态的失“真”因由,主要存在情感至上的非理性化、个体驱动的去中心化、负面取向的偏向化、参与主体的多元化、外来侵扰的迭代化等。应对网络意识形态后真相症候需要对症施药,坚持创设有益拟态环境、管控数字资源、甄别意识形态问题等基本原则。在此基础上,还需讲究宏微策略,于宏观层面做到正面回应、负面限流、侧面引流;于微观层面推动全媒体时代的迭代更新、融合发展,做好“正能量”“管得住”“用得好”的议程设置,释放行业协会、头部媒体的自建自治效能,培育个体延迟判断、理性冷静、查找证据的媒介素养等。

     

    Abstract: Under the loading of network technology, internet ideology is increasingly imprinted with the "post-truth" characteristics of false rumors obscuring real information and emotion driving out rationality. The out-of-focus mimetic environment of truth and falsehood, the deepening digital divide of truth and falsehood, and the entropy of information dissemination of truth and falsehood are the typical post-truth symptoms of internet ideology. Inquiring into the causes of the loss of "truth" in internet ideology, there are mainly emotional supremacy irrationalization, individual-driven decentralization, negative orientation bias, diversification of participating subjects, and iteration of external intrusions. To deal with the post-truth symptoms of internet ideology, we need to apply for the right medicine, insist on the basic principles of creating a beneficial mimicry environment, controlling digital resources and identifying ideological problems. On this basis, it is also necessary to pay attention to macro and micro strategies, to respond positively, limit the flow of negativity, and divert the flow of the side at the macro level; at the micro level, to promote the iterative renewal and integrated development in the era of all-media, to do a good job of setting the agenda of "positive energy", "manageable" and "well used", to release the self-built autonomy of industry associations and head media, and to cultivate the media literacy of individual delayed judgment, rationality and calmness, and the ability of searching for evidence.
