Abstract: With the continuous integration of physical space and digital space, data resources are constantly transformed into data assets, and the business value, economic value, social value and political value contained in government data assets are also constantly being released. But at present, government data assets are faced with difficult problems such as different standards of government data and complex rights and interests of government data. In order to eliminate the above problems, the government data assets can be compiled, so as to realize the standardization of government data assets, ensure the transparency of government data assets processing, and finally realize the security and compliant open sharing of government data. We can meet public’s yearning for a better digital life through clearing the assets of government data, allocating the directory rationally, and setting the government data assets directory program to the whole process of public, safeguarding the public administrative participation, helping the transition of government data resources to assets, and building a good digital government.
