新时代高校思政课教师自我效能感的三重性

On the Threefold Nature of Self-efficacy in Teachers of Ideological and Political Courses in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

  • 摘要: 自我效能感作为新时代高校思政课教师职业精神的内在构成,是决定其人才培养是否达到让党放心、让国家满意、让社会认可和让学生受益效果的重要参数。唯有因事而化、因时而进、因势而新地赋予新时代高校思政课教师自我效能感职业特性的“独特性”、使命内涵的“时代性”以及人才培养的“人民性”才能有效激发思政教师自我生命觉醒,实现自我超越并推动新时代思政课在守正创新中提质增效。

     

    Abstract: As an inherent component of the professional spirit of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities in the new era, self-efficacy is an important parameter to determine whether their talent training can achieve the effect of reassuring the Party, satisfying the country, and benefiting students. Only by changing with the situations and times, and endowing the new era of the characteristic of vocational education courses in colleges and universities teachers’ self-efficacy of “uniqueness” mission, the connotation of “time” and “popular” of talent training can effectively stimulate education teachers self awakening of life, beyond the self-realization and help ideological and political courses to improve quality and efficiency in the new era in the innovation of integrity.
