个案工作介入事实无人抚养儿童人际交往障碍研究

A Study on the Intervention of Case Work in Factual Orphans' Interpersonal Communication Disorders

  • 摘要: 事实无人抚养儿童作为弱势群体,相比其他儿童更容易出现心理自卑等问题,这会使他们在成长、社会融入等方面面对更多困难,对其人际交往能力带来负面影响,不利于他们身心的健康发展。课题组以济南市一名事实无人抚养儿童为服务对象,运用心理社会治疗模式开展个案工作服务,以期矫正其不良人际交往问题。通过服务,事实无人抚养儿童的人际交往能力有所提高。实践证明,个案工作有助于改善事实无人抚养儿童的人际交往障碍。为了更好促进事实无人抚养儿童人际交往能力的发展,要提升事实无人抚养儿童的抗逆力、改善监护人的教育观念、加强学校素质教育、建立多方联动的帮扶模式。

     

    Abstract: As a vulnerable group, factual orphans are more likely to have low psychological self-esteem than other children, which can make them face more difficulties in their growth, social integration, etc. and negatively affect their interpersonal skills, which is detrimental to their physical and mental healthy development. Taking a factual orphan in Ji'nan city as the service object, the casework service is carried out using the psycho-social treatment model to correct his interpersonal communication problems. Through the service, the interpersonal skills of factual orphans have been significantly improved. Practice has proved that casework is helpful to improve the interpersonal communication disorders of factual orphans. In order to better promote the development of factual orphans' interpersonal skills, it is necessary to enhance the resilience of factual orphans, improve the educational concept of guardians, strengthen quality-oriented education in schools, and establish a multi-party linkage assistance model.
