Abstract: Since the new era, the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to optimizing the family planning policy. The evolution of the family planning policy from "fewer births and better births" "allowing couples to have a second child if one of them is an only child", to "allowing all couples to have a second child", and then to "allowing all couples to have a third child" has driven the urgency of establishing a support policy system for women's reproduction in China. In the process of optimizing the family planning policy, China has continuously expanded the coverage and content of women's reproductive security, gradually improved the support service system for women's reproduction, and significantly increased women's sense of happiness in reproduction. These achievements have proved the importance of adhering to the Party's correct leadership, strengthening the childcare subsidy system to reduce the burden of childbirth for women, implementing tax incentives to promote the implementation of new reproductive policies, implementing maternity leave system to protect women's reproductive rights and interests, and developing inclusive childcare service system. Based on the goal of constructing a positive reproductive support policy system, this article suggests drawing on experience from deepening the supply-side reform of the reproductive service system, strengthening the leading role of new era values on marriage and childbirth, improving the legal level of reproductive support policies, and playing the role of women in maintaining family health, as well as protecting women's reproductive rights and interests from multiple perspectives.
